Mainman - how funny - re jumping out the window - I use the same story with kids in my dental office - tell them they might throw me out the window if I'm not good to them - usually brings a big smile & a laugh - they think they are in control but like you I say that's why I work on the 1st floor - not far to fall! Sometimes I take their hand & punch myself in the face -- haha - you should see how they smile, laugh & relax - it's called "Reverse Psychology!"
