It is our fiduciary duty to inform you, that AGORACOM has no authority or say whatsoever, on content you find on other forum boards and blogs (such as Yahoo Finance and Raging Bull). As such, our staff, is not in any position to verify data or ones identity on these other forums.

Being so, members of our staff frequently review violation reports, and respond to any party's complaints with regards to a members conduct within AGORACOM. In cases where posters have been found to be disruptive to the community, AGORACOM has stepped in with either verbal warnings, message removal and in extreme cases, temporary and permanent bans.

Lastly, we advise everyone to express their concerns about member conduct to us directly, Our staff can be reached via the general contact box, and as many of your peers can testify, either George, Paul or myself do provide a reasonable response and if possible resolution to said confilcts.
