Plow, of course mining is a dangerous profession. Personal responsibility plays a huge factor here. Care re setting & lighting explosives, distance from the explosion, care putting in infrastructures supporting tunnels, proper lighting, making sure blood glucose levels are good to have a clear head making proper decisions, proper clothing & equipment being used - in other words using a lot of common sense. Not trying to work with a 101 -103 fever etc.

I have been drilling gold & silver for almost 39 years & have had no sick days due to accidents! Neither have my employees - no cuts, bruises, lost fingers, blind eyes etc.
