Neither have no votes, and for the record, all votes have been made publically (no PM's to me), so the only votes that cannot be determined is if anyone voted privately to Agora, which is one of the options mentioned when the GRIM vote started.

I have conducted a few HL voting deals at my other HUB, and have always done it the same way. It's fair, it's honest, and it's transparent for all to see and judge.
