One does what one has to do to survive - that's life. No one wants this as a first choice. I feel private placements will end soon & the sooner the better for all concerned. Fortunately there are those that have enough faith in our company that they have stepped up to the plate to help out. No one has any guarantees - they act upon what appears to be reasonable & expedient. Those that take the risks deserve the biggest rewards IMHO - and these rewards mean far more than money! Greed per se & selfishness are the roots of all evil & are two of the main reasons the world is in such a terrible mess.
