Do you not realize that it would take a minimum of 1/2 to 1 Billion dollars to-day to build up all the infrastructures to date? Only 1 in 1,000 Jr. Gold Mines ever go into production - Silverado potentially is ready to do just that once financing becomes available.

To start from scratch to-day would simply be impossible!
