I have been to several SHM's over the years, none being Silverado, and there are always a few attendees who are not so positive about the company, ask tough questions, challenge management etc, and as an owner of the stock, they have a right to be there. I would think if someone really got out of hand at a SHM, regardless of the company, that person would be asked to leave.

What date and location is the meeting? I have not seen a press release?
