Peter J. M. Hooper, B.Sc. serves as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Macusani Yellowcake Inc. Mr. Hooper has been Chief Executive Officer and President of Alpha One Corp. since June 1, 2007. Mr. Hooper serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Platinum Group Metals Corporation and Canam Africa Platinum Corporation Pty Ltd. He serves as President of Atlantic Salt Corporation. He serves as an Executive Officer of CIC Mining Resources Ltd. Mr. Hooper serves as ... Senior Mining Executive of Consolidated Rio Australia Ltd., J.S. Redpath Mining Engineering Ltd. He is a Senior Mining Executive and Mining Engineer of more than forty years of North American and international experience. He serves as Senior Mining Engineer and Geologist and Principal of Hooper Mining Services. He has had direct mining operating experience including Mine Manager of the Beaver Lodge Uranium Mine operated by a predecessor of Cameco Inc. He served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Kilo Goldmines, Inc. until July 2009. He served as Chief Executive Officer and President of PMI Gold Corporation (Formerly, PMI Ventures Ltd.) since September 2008 to November 2008. Mr. Hooper served as President of Dynatec Engineering Ltd. He served as Chief Operating Officer of Afcan Mining Corp. from April 2004 to September 2005, Managing Director of Mineral Resources for Kingsdale Capital Corporation from 2002 to 2004 and Vice President of Operations for Nevsun Resources Ltd. from 1996 to 1999. He served as Managing Director of Mining of Kingsdale Capital Partners Inc. His corporate responsibilities have ranged from General Manager to President , directing companies or projects in the international arena with investment capital or market capitalization of $40 million to $500 million. Mr. Hooper served as President of Valencia Resources Inc., from 2000 to May 2005. From 1999 to 2001, he provided consulting engineering services through Hooper Mining Services Inc. He has a long track record as an instrumental participant in mining production in South Africa, Canada and Ghana and senior mine production management. From 1988 to 1991, he served as General Mines Manager of Prestea Gold Mines Ltd. in Ghana. From 1970 to 1980, he involved as Underground Manager, Mine Manager and General Superintendent of Platinum, Uranium, Antimony, Copper and Zinc mines in South Africa and Canada. His management responsibilities have included Manager Mining Rustenberg Platinum Mines, General Manager at the Ruttan Copper Mine in Manitoba. He has extensive experience in operations in both surface and underground gold, uranium, platinum, antimony, zinc and copper mines. He has been Executive Chairman of Kilo Goldmines, Inc. since July 2009. He served as an Independent Non-Executive Chairman of PMI Gold Corporation from July 3, 2006 to December 2007. Mr. Hooper has been Director of Alpha One Corp. since October 2006 and Khan Resources Inc., since July 19, 2005. He has been an Independent Director of Arehada Mining Limited since September 29, 2008. Mr. Hooper has been a Director of Macusani Yellowcake, Inc. since November 2006. He serves as Director of Platinum Group Metals Corporation, Canam Africa Platinum Corporation Pty Ltd., and Kilo Goldmines, Inc. He has been a Member of the Advisory Board of Silverado Gold Mines Ltd. since August 24, 2009. He served as an Independent Non-Executive Director of PMI Gold Corporation from May 30, 2005 to December 8, 2008. He served as Director of Valencia Ventures Inc., from August 16, 2002 to June 8, 2005 and Purepoint Uranium Group Inc., from May 30, 2005 to December 22, 2006. Mr. Hooper served as Director of Cronus Resources Ltd. (formerly known as Sunrise Minerals Inc.) (Sunrise Minerals Inc. formerly known as Lalo Ventures Ltd.) since July 23, 2004. He also served as Director of Nevsun Resources (NSU-T) and Latin Gold. He holds Mine Manager's Certificate for South Africa and Ghana. He is Member of the Canadian Institute of Mining, Metallurgy and Petroleum and also a Member of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metalurgy. Mr. Hooper holds B.Sc. in Mining Engineering from the University of the Witwatersrand in 1971.
