As I said before, I remember last year that the auditors needed more time to complete their task so the company had to apply for an extension to file their annual report.

Keep in mind that the auditor's jobs is to go through every single recorded transaction of a public traded company with a fine comb to make sure that everything is correct because they are also held accountable for their verification.

An auditor's job takes many weeks to complete, they are human beings and they to are subjected to getting behind in their work schedule.

This is why the SEC allows for public traded companies to apply for extensions to file their reports.
