There are other factors too.

The MM's set bid/ask, and I only posted the top 5 as the balance seems meaningless, then there are buyers/sellers like us.

Anyone can under bid what I post when trying to buy, it will show up at Scott, Fidelity etc, but may not fill.

The spread is how these MM's make their money, and we are in their grips.
