There is no reason in the world for 3 Billion shares. IMHO it will never happen. Present accomplishments have NOT happened in "a short period of time "- no this has taken a long period of time as we all know. If Garry were starting from scratch to-day, it would simply be impossible. It would cost about 10 times as much to-day as it would have 10 years ago.
