Strange isn't it? In Canada it has worked for decades - not perfect, but good. We have been very lucky & we know it!

On a personal note I have only been in the hospital for 1 night since I was born - even had my tonsils taken out on the kitchen table in Toronto - way back - by 2 M.D.'s, one an ENT specialist & 1 my Dad. Probably illegal to do so to-day - haha. I take no drugs & do not abuse the health care system. Senior citizens have their drugs subsidized.

QUESTION: - If it works in Canada why can't it work in the U.S.A?
