Do you/anyone recall the article I posted at OT concerning the DOJ (dept of justice) bringing on legal action against 5000 "people/firms" for illegal (naked) shorting?

In Garry's 2008 interview, if I recall he mentions naked shorting, or maybe hinted such? This topic is one of GRIM's favorites.
