Unless they are exersized/purchased, or given as an award to officers, I don't see how this would effect us. I could be wrong, but unless the float goes up, no effect.

I would tend to think employees would purchase stock in a 401K, so maybe the company has a matching program of X% up to a max.

I'm really not sure, and not my area, so just offering opinions.
