Respectfully disagree koala.....been involved in many reverse splits for OTCBB/PNK stocks and never once, did I receive a proxy vote as such.

IMO, this is a BOD decision and we cannot do anything about it.

Having said that, we have closed at .0033, .0032 etc, so why would a reverse split happen at .0030?

Reverse splits on occasion, but rare, helped....
