Message: Re: Do You Really Need to Use Silverado's 800 #?

This phone call topic brings up good a point.

If the goal is to reduce their expenses, why not use e-mail?

At the other AGORACOM board I participate in, many of us e-mail the IR contact then post the question and response for the board.

I don't recall this ever happening here, nor have I ever received a reply.

Is this correct?

ir@silverado.com

Anyone here ever use this and get a response?

The questions we ask are usually of a technical nature re: EDIG, and as long as there is nothing confidential, we get an answer. At times the answer may be, "at the advice of counsel, we cannot comment at this time" but we get an answer. Never had any luck with Silverado...anyone know why? Should the e-mail be sent to a specific contact vs the general inbox, and if so, what is the e-mail address?

This is not a complaint, but an observation.
