Thanks MISH - I wasn't away of the 800 line abuse - some people waiting for example for 10 -20 minutes are abusing the system. If one has a fixed long distant rate, one should use the regular number. Otherwise, don't stay on the line indefinitely waiting & keep your calls brief & to the point.
