This is a nice example of what we need, proof of credibility, proof of continued progress. It does in fact help show the market, and the detractors/bashers that while the SP continues to slide, the company has not thrown in the towel by any means.
It also fully and clearly proves out the bald faced liars on the other boards that have said for years that the environmental aspects of operations at Nolan alone would sink the company.

The timing of attainment of this milestone and news release must be, and is quite important.
In my opinion, we will be seeing PRs about additional progress very soon because the momentum that yesterday's news should give us must have followup, or the impact will be lost and the point being made (progress) will dry up.
