Dischino, I'm with you all the way. In the short term, I believe market 'psychology' is very powerful with smaller stocks. If you are a market timer (like most shorts), this works in your favor. If you are a value / fundamentalist, this just puts more waves in the ride to your target. I say this with small stocks b/c the risk/reward position is much more prevalent.

If they are looking to build up to something in the near future, this is the way to do it. Based on the information provided in the first two, I wouldn't be surprised to see a PR with news of an agreementwith an established company to extract / sell the antimony in the near future. They have experience with this type of operation in the past, so it is not too far of a stretch. Even at a % of the profit for supplying the land/resource, this market would provide enough cash flow to go get the gold as well.

This is all just pure speculation on my part, but I've been running this through my mind since last night....
