Sometime ago i actually called an sec office and spoke to an sec attorney about all of this balony that happens to these stocks. When i mentioned things like illegal, unethical and immoral the reply was. ( If it peaks our interest). This stuff i guess doesn't matter. If it does not peak their interest , then forget it,even if its illegal. So i knew there was no more point in wasting my time. Then i said thanks for your time and have a nice day.
