Nothing since 2000, China has essentially cut us off, the USA must have the stuff, Silverado has the stuff, loan guarantees, what else do we need to think we are one of the 8 on that list?
Connecting the dots, a little speculation until proof surfaces, and I'd say this is a slam dunk.
