Well fortunately that isn't going to happen, and I certainly wouldn't want to see someone like Nancy Pelosi deciding what happens if nobody showed up to vote ! But you have a good point there mainman, because I haven't heard any of the candidates state how they are going to solve the problems, which are many, in this country. All they are doing is slinging mud at their opponents and speaking in generalities, SAME 'OL SAME'OL. I want answers, not a line of BS, and empty promises. I personnaly don't see how anyone can improve the unemployment situation in this country until we get the jobs back from overseas and make the rules regulations and taxes more applicapable to manufactures to stay in this country and expand their businesses and hire more employees. What good is a college education anymore if there are no jobs out there? With the loss of manufacturing we have lost a great majority of skilled tradesmen eg: Die makers, Pattern makers, Journeyman machinists, Pipe fitters & Plumbers, Electricians, all of which take years and years to train. Those talents aren't regained overnite. Just like attending College, a Bachelors, Masters and on to a Phd, all takes time and isn't learned overnite, as once one leaves school and gets into the real world training really never ends as technology changes things so fast anymore that life is a constant learning situation. Our sons, fathers, grandfathers, brothers, sisters have all fought for the right we have to vote, so on behalf of those that have died to keep these rights I will cast my ballot. JMHO and sorry this should be OT, but if things don't change Silverado could wait years for financing if they get it at all !
