And don't forget the DOJ investigation that has been announced by Eric Holder (US Attorney General) over a year ago that was put together over a 10 year period, targetting some 5000 firms/people involved in unfair trading practices, to include naked shorting.

It's just a matter of time, that some heads will be on the chopping block.
