I wonder how many "Fails to Deliver" will be reported for Tuesday's 113 Million trade day ? remember there was someone new who posted here on Agora that there was many Fails to Deliever reported for the 60 million trade day that led to Silverado stock price moving to .0085, if we see another high volume trade again today, we could/may see shorts hard pressed to make the three day legal cover.
