All this hype about rare earth metals hasn't done squat for the Silverado SP. Maybe Garry is only using dilution to finance his lifestyle? Maybe he intends to go no further. Then again, maybe he is looking for financing. You be the judge , but you have to decide for yourself and not be influenced by others. I've made my decision. Just have to sit & wait, right or wrong!
