Message: No Retreat for Record Antimony Prices - Dec 17
China' antimony prices are expected to remain around record levels going into next year, with supply from Hunan still tight and export demand healthy. Antimony ingot prices set a new record of 83,000-85,000 per tonne this week, doubled from a year ago. "It is very hard to get stuff now, but downstream demand is healthy and it seems overseas importers are keen to clinch orders." Antimony ingot sellers keep raising offers in spot market as supply of antimony ingot and concentrate remain tight.
