You are right in saying something needs to happen soon with it. Either a definative news release about what is planned for the upcoming spring, or better yet A NR about financing. Without either we are dead in the water. You already own shares, so if you have some extra "mad" money laying around maybe it wouldn't be a bad move to buy some more to average down at these prices.
