Fastfoot, I agree with you thoughts, and I'll go as far as to say, I think that the Silverado Gold stock price could have tested the one to two cent level? at the get-go of this morning's trade with the huge buy orders, but it appears that the MMS (who are naked shorting) did some frontrunning with short trades at the bell to quickly neutralize the potential explosive upward movement in share price and I don't think that it was a matter of tax loss right offs, if that were the case, why not wait for the share price to go higher before selling?
