Koala - this P.R. was very revealing & very encouraging. Anyone who cannot realize its significance either has blinders on or is living in ignorance. The potential of the Nolan property is STUPENDOUS - its treasure chests remain to be fully opened. A realistic evaluation & future practical vision was clearly elucidated. Our one remaining huirdle is financing - plain & simple. Use of such future potential & idealistic funding was broken down in meaningful terms. Obviously, a lot of effort went into its preparation.
