I couldn't agree more fastfoot. I thought everyone would be all over this PR in that it got right down to the nitty gritty about this property. Evaluations of over a Billion $$$ dollars were used not once, but twice in the model scenarios used. Even financing was broken down into 3 Tranches. What more can future investors be looking for? Its all laid out for them. $400 million in ONE WEEK ????? I can't possibly think no one wouldn't jump all over this for a $50 million investment. Due over 3 payments too, not just one.
