I can't stop thinking about the 1/11, 1/13 and 1/18 PR's and then filing an 8-K to back it up.

Then there's the statement showing X$ at signing, X$ at 8/1 and X$ at 11/1.

And just where did this "payout" schedule come from anyway?

Wishful thinking? Out of thin air? From a lendor agreement not yet executed? Executed agreement not yet announced?

I'd hate to be shorting this stock....
