To follow-up on what I just said about the all time high shorting numbers, my guess is that the insider trading shorts started shorting Silverado stock at its highs near .0048 and have been making money riding the stock price down, watch for them to cover quickly and bail out of their short postions just before CTO is lifted. MHO
