Thanks Dischino - T.B. is a class act & is extremely highly respected having worked with many major companies like Newmont & Barrick to name but a couple. Nevertheless, I assume that his documentation altho' of the highest standards for American Securities Commission perhaps needed a few tiny wrinkles to be ironed out to satisfy Canadian Securities personel IMHO.
