Office Move has been brilliant:
1) Square footage just under 1/2 of previous office.
2) New Building about 2 years old.
3) Rent much less -- will amount to well over $100,000 in annual savings.
4) Believe it or not, old building was located on a significant earthquake fault line.
5) FREE Parking - hard to argue with this one.
6) Old Lease is finished IMHO.
Management is to be congratulated for making efficient, cost saving measures which will only benefit the shareholders. This move speaks volumes on many levels.
