this is how i see it. April 2010 release under operations says they have been operating under 11 different Gov't and state permits already. So i have to ask myself a reasonable and logical question. A co. that has been operating under various required permits and has a good relationship with the various regulatory permitting people for 40yrs. oh and yes mention the gov't that invested 1Million$ to build a road for them will not issue the permit when the time comes for it? I say this permit thing will be toast when the right time arrives. jmho
