I have been in this less than 2 years, but I have seen and been told by many who have been an owner far longer, the company has a history of putting out press release info after the closing bell.

Frankly, I lost track of the due date anyway.

Fiscal ends Nov 30, 2010 so it is due, unless an extension request/notification is filed. on or before Mar 15, 2011.

2008 report hit Mar 13, 2009.

2009 report hit Mar 12, 2010.

Any time today, before or after the closing bell, is on time.

Lets face it, what will be great about how much per share the company lost in fiscal 2010 vs 2009, 2008 etc be anyway? Won't be a surprise to me, but I am looking for some statements that are promising for the future...that's what I care about.

If the report hits today...fine...if not and they have covered their bases and it hits many days later...fine.
