I was unaware of this "open checkbook" so glad that question was asked by Eagerone.

Now that I know the answer, frankly that is disturbing, yet without it survival would have been very difficult to say the least.

Now, what I want to see open checkbook or not, if the coffers get filled as we believe they will be, a share buy back plan had better get under way. I don't mean that as a threat, just a common sense expectation.
