It did NOT take over 1 year for Garry to answer their questions. This CTO was slapped on Silverado Jan 21 without any warning whatsoever. Let's get the facts perfectly straight & clear.

Any thought of the B.C. Securities delaying an appropriate timely response would be illegal IMO. They cannot jeopardize the viability of any public company.

It will be 2 months therefore to-morrow. The last CTO in 2008 lasted under 3 months & was far more involved than this one.
