Sorry about your back issue, but the way you put it was certainly funny..shovel that is.

In a nut shell, stock awards are not an uncommon practice and served as an incentive to stay on board in lieu of a better salary, pay increases etc. Then the other side may say the company is broke so they print shares and give them away to keep a work crew...it's all how someone wants to spin it I guess?

Catch 22...what else can the company do?

And if the employees are OK with it, why should we be concerned?

Well, that comment can draw critisism...lol.

All these concerns could vanish if the right things happen. The question is, do we believe it will or will not happen?
