WELL, THEY AREN'T GOING TO CHANGE UNTIL THE CTO IS LIFTED! Once that is done maybe Silverado can get financing they need so badly to begin their drilling program that was to be done last summer. No telling what may happen when the CTO is lifted. Without financing it most certainly means more dilution to raise money for day to day operation. Just a fact of life.
