Maybe so, but the volume doesn't say people are panicking! I hate to say it, but hang in there. Sooner or later the CTO will be lifted as the BCSC isn't in the business of putting companies OUT of business. They told Silverado what they have to do, and until those things are addressed and changed to the BCSC's approval, we will have to wait.
