Message: Why is BCBC CTO such a big deal?

Oh, I've been around off and on since my last posting just silently waiting for something positive to happen.

I guess my point with the BCBC CTO is that it truly only effects the people in BC (sorry about that all of you BC folks, you're missing out on some good buying prices :) ), that it is simply an excuse by the shorts to continue driving the stock price down. There can't be that many shareholders in BC to continue this effect, and one would think that after a period of time their lack of "playing" would be absorbed by the other players, and they would just have to catch up once the CTO is lifted.

What would be a hoot IMO, is if Silverado actually did get financing, was able to buy back a ton of the shares at the price it currently is running, and then the CTO is lifted. Think any players in BC would be a little upset about missing out on the chance to ride that wave because of some apparently trivial mistake in a filing? I assume trivial, because if it was that big of a deal then I would think that the other markets would also invoke a CTO.

Do you recall what happened with the stock back on the last CTO (how much it fell, how much if anything did it rebound after it was removed).

I agree with you regarding the volume. IMO I think it is probably just a handful of people playing for pennies for something to do on their lunch break so to speak until some substancial news comes out regarding financing.

Nice to see you all again, and hello to many of the new folks :)
