I think the retraction was not the retraction required by BCSC because that would have had to come after the filing of the report.

That retraction was a statement of accidental wrongdoing in that the company filed a report with the wrong regulator and had to state it on the record.

I would guess a PR will come soon that address's the new report relative to the old one and why it took so long. If BC agrees with the text, they will lift the CTO shortly thereafter.
