Ditto that mainman ! Just how long can they (BCSC) hold off lifting the CTO? And what is the reason behind it? Can't anyone ask the bcsc why the hold up/the reason for it not being lifted? Shouldn't that be "public" information if one was to ask? How about Silverado's attorneys? They must surely be involved. I would have my attorney involved if it was keeping me from doing business/ or going under. You would think Garry is wondering what in the heck is going on. With the CTO he can't even release a PR to let anybody know the reasons, or can he? You would think Garry would want to get everyone off his butt and let them know whats going on. Unless that is, there is a reason he doesn't want people to know.
