Most proxy's these days are selected by the stock holder to be received by email, then one goes to http://www.proxyvote.com enters the control number and votes. Yes, those who are not set up to receive it via the broker that way, will get it by mail, and that has much more expense.

I would have to ask this question...why petition the Supreme Court asking to uphold a request to host 09, 10 & 11 on May 11, get what they asked for, then not hold it? How much does it cost for coffee, H20 and cookies to hold the mtg in their own conf room? EDIG did this in 2008, removed the conf table and all else but a small table to hold a laptop and projector, and put 50 small folding chairs in there, plus a few stood in the halls. In 2009 they did same in a vacant tennant space within their complex for $100 to cover cleaning. In 2011 they rented a mtg room at the Raddison that was fully equiped and sat 100, refreshments etc, and it was $250.

IMO, guessing only, CTO lifts Feb 11th or so, the fiscal year end is Nov 30, making the 10-K due mid Feb. Now all the fiscal 2011 is made public, let it warm up a bit to mid-May, and hold it then.

Call me crazy, but this seems to all add up.
