Take a closer look (zoom in) to both documents with the word "and" after the year, letter "a" is hand written. Why is that? Looks like a white out job?
A notary putting a different date?
Might mean nothing but I find it odd.
In my experience with getting documents notorized, it must be witnessed by the notary, info entered into his/her book, they take your thumb print and you must show a legal photo ID such as a drivers license.
They must do things different in Alaska...LOL!!!
