GRIM REAPER'S thoughts, the 'pink sheets' is considered the wild west. A pink sheet company doesn't have to mention news right away regarding financing or anything about production. The 'Over the counter' market on the other hand requries a 72 hr notice of a material change. Silverado is listed in the 'Pink sheets'. You can bet mburns2000 is sweating.... wondering if he might have to cover his massive short postion? LOL
GRIM REAPER'S thoughts, A finacing deal doesn't always require an exchange of shares, threfore it wouldn't matter if there is a CTO in place. Heck, Silverado already has a tunnel to 4 rich Antimony-Gold veins at Workman's Bench, all they need is a little working capital, then they can slowly grow to a bigger operation.
