The problem is it is not a war, in a war you use all weapons at your disposal until somebody is no longer standing, i.e. Germany and Japan World War II.

Since then we have been in police actions like that fine engagement in SouthEast Asia that I participated in, I think they called it Vietnam.

Soon we will not be able to participate in a real war because China will have gained enough strength to hand us our ass.

North Korea is just a little fat boy crying wolf, but if Russia and China finally mend their fences we had better watch out. Putting a world bank together with these players is going to put a serious dent in our monetary system.
