Sorry but I was not given any real explanation and I am not clear why no one wants to help. I am genuinely trying to get information that will help me decide what to do with the very many shares of Silverado that I have. If a discussion board about Silverado is not the place to seek input and advice, do you have any suggestions where else to look?
