No surpise that China started further tightening the exports of their natural resources. It just a matter of when, that they will cut everyone off completely. It is obvious they need to keep what they have left, to feed their giant manufacturing industry.

Don't be surprised when Russia follows China's lead, and cuts off the exports of their titanium and etc. to the west.
